Delivery method
Standard expeditions to France and Europe from the store are carried out by Colissimo or Chronopost.
On certain products we carry out what is called dropshipping which consists in delivering you directly from the warehouses of our suppliers. Generally it is UPS which makes the delivery however it may be that another carrier is chosen by our suppliers.
UPS, Colissimo and Chronopost ask that you provide us with your phone number which will be communicated to the delivery man. It is for this reason that the telephone number is compulsory during registration.
Exploitation out of format
Some packages go beyond the standards imposed by classic carriers such as Colissimo/ Chronopost so we must make shipments by specialized carrier.
We work with Geodis France Express or UPS in certain cases for this type of shipment which is billed differently.
Shipping outside Metropolitan France
Expeditions in the French overseas departments and territories are possible, however, they are not necessarily all active.
The destinations are added on request when these are not active.
Some items are not available for sale for these destinations such as extraordinary packages
Shipping outside U-E
Explaces outside U-E are also possible on prior request because customs at the customs level must be made.
To check if your destination country is already active, you just have tried to register with your address. If the country does not appear it is that it is not yet part of the open destinations.
