This useful adjustment aid is a must for any Newtonian telescope. The LA1 offers a quick and easy way to check your Newtonian's collimation and, if necessary, correct it as well.
The laser collimator is delivered already well collimated. The adjustment screws on the upper side are protected by soft rubber. Normal operation or battery change will not misalign the collimator. If the laser falls on the ground, you can remove the rubber plugs and realign the laser.
