TS-Optics Adapter from M54x0.75 to T2 - Focal Adapter

The adapter TSM5475-T2 provides a very short interface to the photo thread T2 for all adapters, cameras and focusers with female M54x0.75 thread. The adapter has an internal anti-reflex thread.

Among others, the adapter fits to:

• ATIK EFW filter wheels
• Lacerta 2" Herschel prism
• Starlight Xpress filter wheels
• Trutec filter wheels with suitable adapter
• Focusers with female M54x0.75 thread, like the ones used with apochromats like TSAPO65Q, TSAPO60, INED70 and TSAPO704

This adapter is not compatible with Skywatcher focusers as they have a different thread pitch (M54x1). Here, we recommend the TSM54-T2.

Two exciting applications of the adapter:

The adapter has two exciting applications for astrophotography due to the 2" filter thread (M48x0.75 female thread) on the telescope side:

• ♦ You can use mounted 2" filters without changing the distances, without an additional adaption.
• ♦ For telescopes without corrector, you can adapt the corrector into the focuser. You then use the M48 internal thread as adapter thread for the corrector. You get a completely screwed adaption without the danger of tilting.
