Ball joint for all directions

The advantage of a ball head: you move your camera freely in all directions. And when it matters, you'll be really fast. Do you discover a golden eagle veering high in the air? Capturing it is not easy. But with a kneecap, you have a real chance! No levers, intuitively move your camera to determine direction.

360 degree panoramic scale

Precise 360° rotation is easy with this ball head. There is a graduated scale with two divisions between 0 and 180 degrees. Ideal for successful panoramic shots.

The horizon is always horizontal

The angles of all your recordings are perfect. With two spirit levels, parallel recordings are possible in all directions: photo or landscape.

Quick-change and flat-clamp chainring

With the quick plate you mount a camera or binoculars on your tripod in seconds. The side clamping screw, which strongly fixes your instrument flat, ensures good support. The plus: you can move the tray on the ball joint about one centimeter in both directions. This provides a fail-safe, should the fastener not be fully tightened. Your precious optics will always be safe on the OM8 ball head.
