The 3/8" Kepler base is the best way to transform a classic Sky-Watcher mount tripod (NEQ3-2, EQ5 or HEQ5) into a photo tripod, capable of receiving either heavy photo or video heads, or mounts equipped with this universal photo thread (in the so-called "Congress" step) like the Star-Adventurers.
The output screw is Congress imperial pitch (3/8"-16 or 3/8" UNC 16 tpi).
This turntable is compatible with tripods: EQ3.2 - NEQ5 - HEQ5 - AZ/EQ5
Allows the adaptation of other equipment such as: Photo ball head - AM5 mount - Star adventurer mount... and others with 3/8" pitch
