The 3/8" Kepler base is the best way to transform a classic Sky-Watcher mount tripod (NEQ6, EQ6-R or AZ-EQ6) into a photo tripod, capable of receiving either heavy photo or video heads, or mounts equipped with this universal photo thread (at the so-called "Congress" pitch) like the Star-Adventurers. The output screw is at the imperial pitch of the Congress (3/8"-16 or 3/8" UNC 16 tpi).
This plate is compatible with tripods: EQ6 - NEQ6 - AZ/EQ6 - EQ6-R
Allows the adaptation of other equipment such as: Photo ball head - AM5 mount - Star adventurer mount... and others with 3/8" pitch
