Description

Original Skywatcher Collar for Newton 200mm

Clamps allow easy assembly and disassembly of optical tubes on equatorial mounts. They are made of aluminum. One of the two collars is equipped with an adapter with Kodak screw thread on which it is possible to screw a photo box in parallel, while the other has a female Kodak screw thread. This adapter can be removed when attaching a stage for mounting a guide instrument in parallel.

The set of collars is accompanied by the necessary hardware (screws and washers), no dovetail is provided. The diameter of the clamps equals the internal diameter (ID). You must choose an internal diameter equal to or slightly greater than the external diameter of your optical tube.
